Analysis of the environmental logistic context of a new single point mooring offshore Genova harbour

The study carried out was aimed to define the main characteristics, operational and environmental conditions to be taken into account in the design of a new single point mooring for oil discharge offshore Genoa harbour.
The possible position of the new plant has been also evaluated taking into account the multiple interactions between the shore terminal, the contiguous Fincantieri shipyard and the residential area which are located very close to the shore discharging area.
A risk analysis related with the intended operations has been also carried out.

Production test operating manual which contains the detailed procedures studied in relation with Agip “Silvia 1” oil field production tests mainly consisting of guidelines for safe and effective mooring and un-mooring of tankers to Atwood Southern Cross semi-sub platform procedure for handling and connection of the floating manifold to the tanker and the platform definition of the production test procedure and description of the systems involved with special care to the related possible safety issues for the crew of the units and pollution risks.

Marine warranty surveys for transportation of coated pipes

Interprogetti was appointed by STL on behalf of NCOC as Marine Warranty Surveyors for the transportation of 190 km of concrete coated pipes for the Kashagan Field Development Project. The pipes were loaded on vessels for direct sea/river trip or with multi-modal sea/railway transportation with intermediate transhipments at Riga, Ust-Luga, Rostov or Astrakhan ports.
A team of 24 surveyors attended operations for more than 800 days of inspection.

Ice towing manual

The Ice Towing Manual for transportation in Caspian Sea was prepared on behalf of Agip KCO (Caspian Sea). The purpose was to provide guidelines to ice breakers and tugs in convoy with transportation barges and supply/service vessels in standard navigation and through ice fields and channels, ensuring delivery of piperacks, buildings, manifolds and other miscellaneous cargoes, in addition to servicing offshore assets in order to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Manual of Marine Services Management System

The manual of marine services management system was requested by the Client with the purpose of providing a controlled management of the marine services in support of all ENI E&P operations worldwide to prevent any risks and optimize the performances and costs.
The manual of Marine Services Management System prepared for the above purpose is the framework of processes and procedures to be used to ensure that all tasks required to achieve the objectives can be fulfilled.

A technical manual was prepared as well with the following scope:

Establish a set of minimum requirements for ENI E&P’s vessels and infrastructures to operate

Define the operations to be carried out by ENI E&P’s vessels in standard working activities ashore and offshore

Provide guidelines and instructions to clearly define activities and operations to be carried out in the marine activities
